Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Tunisia1X2 website and the games and services offered on it (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age for gambling where you live if that is higher.
• You are responsible for making sure that using the Service is lawful in the place where you are located. We do not offer the Service where it is prohibited.
• You must act for yourself only, and not on behalf of another person.
• You must not use the Service if you have asked to be excluded from gambling.

2. Your account

• You may hold one account only. Duplicate accounts may be closed and any bonuses or winnings linked to them cancelled.
• The details you give at registration — including your name, date of birth, national ID number, address, phone number and email — must be true, complete and your own. Keep them up to date on the My account page.
• You are responsible for keeping your username and password secret and for everything done through your account. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access.
• Accounts cannot be sold, transferred or shared.

3. Identity verification

We may ask you at any time to prove your identity, age, address or the source of your funds. Until verification is complete we may limit your account, including holding withdrawals. If you do not provide what is requested within a reasonable time, or the documents turn out to be false, we may close the account.

4. Balance, deposits and withdrawals

• Account balances are held in Tunisian Dinar (TND). Your balance is not a bank account and earns no interest.
• Funds are added to and withdrawn from your account only through the methods and authorised agents made available by Tunisia1X2. Do not hand money to anyone who is not an authorised agent.
• You may only use funds that belong to you and were obtained lawfully.
• Withdrawals are paid to the account holder only and may be subject to verification, minimum and maximum amounts, and processing time.
• If funds are credited to your account by mistake, you must tell us and you are not entitled to keep or wager them. We may correct the balance.

5. Bonuses and promotions

• Each bonus is subject to its own rules, shown with the offer, such as wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum amounts and expiry dates.
• Unless an offer says otherwise, a bonus is limited to one per person, household and device.
• Bonus funds and any winnings from them cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met. Unused bonuses expire on the date shown.
• We may withdraw or change a promotion, and may cancel a bonus and related winnings where we reasonably believe it has been abused.

6. Games and bets

• A bet is accepted only when it has been recorded on our servers. Once accepted it cannot be cancelled by you.
• Games are supplied by third-party providers and their rules, shown within each game, form part of these Terms.
• If a game or bet is affected by a technical fault, an obvious error in odds or payout, or an interrupted connection, the result recorded on the server applies. Where a result cannot be determined, the bet is void and the stake returned.
• Gambling involves a risk of losing money. Past results do not predict future results, and we make no promise that you will win.

7. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

• cheat, collude with other players, or use software, bots or any device that gives an unfair advantage;
• exploit a bug or error instead of reporting it;
• use the Service for fraud, money laundering or any other unlawful purpose;
• provide false information or documents, or use another person's identity or payment details;
• attempt to interfere with, overload or gain unauthorised access to the Service;
• abuse or threaten our staff, agents or other players.

8. Suspension and closure

• You may ask us to close your account at any time. Any withdrawable balance will be paid to you, subject to verification.
• We may suspend or close an account, void bets and withhold funds where we reasonably believe these Terms have been broken, where verification fails, or where the law requires it.
• An account with no login for 12 months may be treated as inactive and closed after we have tried to contact you.

9. Responsible gambling

Gambling should be entertainment, not a way to make money. Only play with money you can afford to lose, and never chase losses. If gambling is causing you harm, stop and contact us to have your account restricted or closed. We will act on a request for self-exclusion as soon as we reasonably can and will not reopen the account during the exclusion period.

10. Availability and liability

• The Service is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and accurate but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors.
• To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, by faults in your device or connection, or by the acts of third-party providers, and we are not liable for indirect losses or loss of profit.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

11. Intellectual property

The Tunisia1X2 name, logo, website and content belong to us or our licensors. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment only and may not copy, modify or redistribute any part of it.

12. Complaints

If you have a complaint, contact customer support or your agent with your username and a description of the problem. We aim to answer within a reasonable time and will explain our decision.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant we will tell you on the website or by email, and continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new Terms.
