Privacy Policy
Last updated: 13 October 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Tunisia1X2 ("we") collects when you use our website and services, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It should be read together with our Terms and Conditions.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account details: username, email address and password. Passwords are stored in hashed form; we cannot read them.
- Personal details: first and last name, date of birth, national ID number, phone number, and your country, city, zip code and address.
- Your choice about receiving marketing emails, and any referral code you enter.
- Documents and information you provide for identity verification, and messages you send to support.
Information created when you use the service
- Account activity: balance, deposits, withdrawals, adjustments, bonuses, and the games you open and when.
- Technical information recorded when you sign in: your IP address, your browser and device type, and the date and time.
2. How we use your information
- To create and run your account and provide the games and services you ask for.
- To confirm your age and identity and meet our legal obligations, including the prevention of fraud, money laundering and underage gambling.
- To process deposits, withdrawals and bonuses and keep accurate records of them.
- To keep the service secure, investigate misuse and enforce our Terms.
- To answer your questions and send you messages about your account.
- To send you offers and news by email — only if you have ticked the marketing box. You can change this at any time on the My account page.
- To support responsible gambling, including acting on self-exclusion requests.
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where needed:
- Agents. If you registered through an agent or are linked to one, that agent and their supervising agent can see your username, email, account status, balance and transactions so they can serve your account.
- Service providers. Companies that host our website and database, provide games, or process payments handle information on our behalf and only for those purposes.
- Authorities. We disclose information when the law requires it, or when it is needed to investigate fraud or protect our rights or another person's safety.
- Business transfer. If the service is sold or merged, account information may pass to the new operator under the same protections.
Other players never see your personal details. The "recent wins" ticker shows only a username, game name and amount.
4. Cookies and storage in your browser
When you sign in we set one essential cookie that keeps you signed in on that device. It cannot be read by scripts, is sent only to our site, and is removed when you log out. We also keep a simple marker in your browser's local storage noting that you have signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google's servers when a page opens.
5. How long we keep it
We keep account and transaction information for as long as your account is open, and afterwards for as long as the law requires or we need it to resolve disputes and prevent fraud. Sign-in sessions expire automatically after seven days. Information we no longer need is deleted or made anonymous.
6. Security
We protect your information with measures such as hashed passwords, access restricted to staff and agents who need it, and sign-in sessions that expire. Changing your password signs you out on your other devices. No system is completely secure, so use a strong, unique password and tell us straight away if you suspect unauthorised access.
7. Your choices and rights
- You can view and correct your personal details at any time on the My account page.
- You can turn marketing emails on or off on the same page.
- You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. We will delete it unless we are required or entitled to keep it, for example transaction records.
- You can ask us to close your account.
To make a request, contact customer support from the email address on your account. We may need to confirm your identity first.
8. Children
The service is for adults only. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that an account belongs to a minor, we will close it and delete the information we are not required to keep.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version, and significant changes will be announced on the website or by email.
10. Contact
Questions about this policy or about your personal information can be sent to Tunisia1X2 customer support.
